Description

A Chevy Van 30 motorhome with expired tags (May 2016) has been abandoned on the 200 block of Harvard Dr. SE for at least two months. It has since been "occupied" by a group of homeless people who have become increasingly raucous and loud and have been seen littering and defacating in the garden of the adjacent residence.
