  This situation has existed since early December. The bollards to protect pedestrians at this corner were removed in early December and a barricade and two orange cones placed instead. Has anyone from the City of Alameda come by to question the situation? Who ordered this and why did the person who ordered it ever check? I kept waiting for some sort of action to be taken, but after three months realized that no one connected with the City was engaged.
