No excuse but green arrow is too short. More than 2 cars should be able to go before arrow expires.

Any update? Its been almost a month without response.

We have reviewed the issue you have noted at this intersection and determined that the intersection is functioning properly as designed. The issue boils down to basic rules of the road and drivers choosing to follow or not follow those rules. At this point, this issue becomes one of traffic enforcement. I will reassign this to the Marlborough Police Department who is responsible for traffic enforcement.

So the police department is going to post an officer there? Seems like it would be much less expensive to put up a sign reminding north bound drivers about the delayed light or having having a blinking arrow once the south bound traffic gets a green.
