Parked car was Sunday morning at 8:30AM. I was taking my dog to the dog park. Car was on for 20 min, so it was either watching us or doing something weird. So on my way back home I took an effort to walk right past the car. As soon as I got 25 feet close, a white middle-aged man got out of his back seat and into the front and drove away---not away, just further away from me so I couldn't get close. Someone I was with said they saw someone in the back too.

Daily occurrence for decades now.

I see them sitting hiding in parking lots all over Westville side by side chatting for long periods of time. Almost every night. To the point I want to start taking pictures, but we all know how that ends up.

Maybe if they spent less time parking they would have more time for patrolling.

Sooo.... I'm gonna assume the police in New Haven don't check SeeClickFix?? No acknowledgement. I also called around the same time, but went to voicemail.

No they don't- sometimes the DM will look over these if they have time.

I know and understand people have concerns @ taking photos, but that's how we got the gang act., drug invasion and deafening music stopped. We took photos, sent them everywhere we could think of including Social Media (no names of course). It took a year and we still have to be aware but it has stopped.
