Students walk down to Walgreens plaza there, mothers with strollers walk against traffic to get to the park on the corner with New St. All happening next to speeding cars. It's a matter of time when someone is going to get hit, especially that many drivers on this steer are students. Sidewalks here are a bare necessity .
