Thank you for reporting this issue to the City. An inspection was performed this morning and the inspector noticed there is water coming out from the hillside behind 30402 Passageway Place. This area is maintained by the Stonecrest Patio HOA and the inspector called the HOA and Las Virgenes Water to make them both aware of this leak.
