There are several cars, an older model black BMW,specifically that speeds up and down Granby st at various hours during the day. The speeds are so high, that customers and pedestrians have been forced to jump and or move out of the way. Some days, there is more than one vehicle racing down Tobey Rd. Bypassing motorists who are driving the speed limit. Someone is going to get hurt or killed if this isn't stopped.
