Description

There is a huge homeless encampment on Northgate Avenue between Sycamore Street and 27th Street. Homeless people need help, but this has become extremely dangerous. A fire could be devastating and the tents are increasingly obstructing traffic, which often exits 980 at a high rate of speed.
