Parking enforcement officers monitor this area on a daily basis and issue tickets when necessary. The landlord has been notified that residents cannot park on the lawn or block sidewalks with their vehicles. Should they continue to do so, they will be ticketed until parked legally and following city ordinance. Parking enforcement officers are not available on weekends so if you feel that a resident is parked illegally on a Saturday or Sunday, you must call the department at 734-483-9510 to report the incident.

Forget weekends, they park on the front lawn all week, enforcement is a total joke

If this is a continuing complaint, please feel free to contact the Ypsilanti Police Department Admin Office at (734) 483-8590 to report the issue, and we will immediately sent Parking Enforcement out to check the area.
