Description
Heading NB on 5600 West between 4500 - 4100 South, there is an area with a man hole that has created a sunken area and creating pot holes. Could you please take a look at the area and fix the condition of the road. Approaching the hill, you can't see the pot holes until it is too late. This is a safety hazard.
