Multiple vehicles angle parked in designated parallel parking zones along east side of Columbia gardens apartments. Obstructing traffic lane, backing unsafe out onto road This issue was reported on March 2nd but to this date there is no change in the situation. The same vehicles are still parking the same way, and have been doing so every day since initially reported. Apparently "monitoring" actually means doing nothing.
