Description

The bathrooms at North Macon Park are not handicap accessible and have not been for the past 20 plus years. This is a county owned park, by law you have to have handicap accessible facilities. I spoke with Clay Murphy today and his excuse this time was, "there is no money for it" You have been made aware of this on numerous occasions. I will now be sending emails to every County commissioner, the Mayor, every news outlet, and any Americans with Disabilities Act member i can until the issue is resolved. Do not make me take legal action for this.
