Description

Loose manhole cover in street at this address is hit by almost every car on 4th Ave NE since new traffic lanes painted. Very loud noise day and night. Also, rainwater probably seeps into sewer system.

We have acknowledged the issue with the manhole cover and we have work order for the repair. We are expected to take care of it by the week of April 3rd.
