not only are the conditions poor there, they need to put up better signage as to what the speed limit is. it is only 30mph and vehicles go well over 40. the city could make a lot of money off speeder thru there. i live on this road now for 9 years and its been bad since. lot of kids around and there is no need for it. i take my life in my hands pulling out of my driveway.
