They 2 cars parked in front of the neighbors house always refuse to comply with the parking ban on the odd side of the street. Usually the snow plow piles up all the snow in front of the neighbors driveways. Today they just aren't plowing in front at all. WHY must we suffer for them? I'm fed up.... Please assist.....these cars must be towed!!!!

(it's not my fault they are renting rooms in a tiny one family house and the "tenants" have no where to park all the cars...Come on this is ridiculous)
