Suggested there be 2 right turn lanes onto eastlake northbound. Called to ask if any engineer visited site at 6 pm workdays. Was told no but you have cameras to monitor traffic. When I'm backed up on keystone to Appolossa, where is the camera so I can wave? Because it's going to take me 15 minute to reach eastlake where usually there are 5-6 cars continuing westbound while 60 cars wait in line to turn northbound
