Description

Better plowing needed on Chicopee St again. Especially near Holyoke line. Plow did not go close enough to side of road. People sliding everywhere this morning and getting stuck. Also, Montcalm coming down the hill. There is no lane to be able to get in the right and have the green arrow. Thank you.
