somehow we forgot to dedicate the Clinton river to the president amid all the hoopla maybe that is why they forgot to build his librarey on his river named after him.

That rendering of the phoenix center is awesome! That building is almost vacant since Onstar and GM moved out of it to go to Warren. With the changes to Pontiac schools that are in the pipe line this would be a great revitalization to this city and make people want to come here.

So many people are shot, stabbed and raped in that lot why not turn it into a prison or a cemetary?

Nice--the exposed Clinton River works for Rochester, and Pontiac was a beautiful city back in the day and the vintage pictures I've seen of the city prove it. "Build it and they will come"---i agree with your vision for the city.
