City of Mt. Pleasant (Guest)

The High Street M-20 rail viaduct is maintained by Great Lakes Central Railroad. The neighboring building is maintained by MDOT. These two entities are responsible for graffiti in these areas. This issue has been forwarded on to GLCR.
