99 Clark st has an accessible driveway. They NEVER use it. When it snows the do not shovel or clear the paved area they have for their cars in front of their home. They Park way out into the street, and when we need to pull out of our driveway, or pull in, we need to do 3-5 point turns to get out. There have been several instances all year round where we almost hit the cars. Is there anything that can be done? I'm not sure what liability we have if there is a time where contact is made. Please advise.
