I'm not sure if a code violation can be given for this or not but I wanted to bring it up. At the address listed, there is in my opinion constant Offenses Against Public Peace. My neighbors and I have to call the cops on the boy and his girlfriend for domestic violence. He chases her up and down our street screaming and yesterday we had to call the call the cops on him again because he had her backed up against one of our neighbors garage doors. There were kids outside and he almost went after one of their moms while the little boy was standing right by her. He is dangerous and a nuisance to our neighborhood. I thought maybe if his parents who own the house started getting in trouble by a code violation or something else, they might actually start to take some responsibility - because they definitely don't right now. Is this something that's possible? I appreciate the help.
