When Louis got zoning approval for his deck the owner swore up and down that it was for outdoor dining for his "family restaurant," and would not be for loud smoking customers as many neighbors feared.
There is currently a loud band playing and you can hear the music and screaming drunks from blocks away. And it is only 9:30pm!

Also why is this business allowed to hang a huge tacky banner on the sea side of the entrance to the neck? Is this a free service the city offers? Can anyone get their business' banner hung there? Realtors? Domino's? DUI lawyers?

Why does it seem this business gets to skirt so many rules in this city?
