Description

Hi there:
We truly appreciate the plowing out of sidewalks and the hard work of City staff. However, the sidewalk plow that made a sweep past our building yesterday morning clipped the stair structure that is the main entry way to the building. The handrail was dislodged and a support column damaged. We would appreciate your response and follow-up to repair the damage (or pay for us to). It should not cost much time/labor at all, but is important to us.
