People have been walking down busy Washington against traffic to get around this block. I saw someone pushing a stroller today and almost fell myself walking on the snow, which has turned to ice.

This walkway should be maintained by the management company that runs 110 First Street "BLDG Management, i.e., Lloyd Goldman."
Also un-shoveled is Bay Street, just west of Washington as well along north west Washington between Bay and Morgan. This property at corner of Washington and Bay is owned by the Lehrer family the same that own the large parking lot on Morgan between Warren and Washington. They have not cleared the sidewalk area in the middle of Morgan St either.
