  Hello, I have forwarded this to the Traffic Enforcement Officer who has gone out and ticketed this truck each and every time you have reported it. The owner of the truck has been paying the tickets. They are working with the owners on a resolution. Thank you.

  Umm, so if they just pay the fines, we can choose what rules we want? Thats not looking out for the neighbors or the neighborhood

  The QPD has been trying to create a solution with this resident to move the truck. Obviously, the tickets aren't working so they are going to be taking a different approach to do what is best for the neighborhood.
