Description
I live in a 4 unit building and just recently got all new neighbors which filled the building. One of which is a plummer and told me the sewer lines were broken and clogged causing raw sewage to dump under the apartments. I witnessed this for myself while in the backyard a tenant flushed their toilet and I heard then saw it hit the ground. I've been sick since I've lived here for the last year. He said it has contaminated the regular water as well. The water has very bad odor. And is most likely clogged all the way to the street. There is also something leaking at the curb in front of the house. A city inspector has told the owner and put up a red notice to stop work here and fix the problem but NOTHING is being done! By the owner nor the city officials.
