Description

There is an AC transit bus stop near Avenue 64. Whenever the bus drivers park their vehicles (throughout the day) they continue to idle the buses creating noise and air pollution. This is also a waste of tax payers money. I have filed multiple complaints with AC Transit but this problem persists. I was under the impression that under 5-13.04 Prohibited Acts, idling of vehile in city of Emeryville especially near residential areas is prohibited. I would like to request this bus stop to be removed from Christie Ave.
