Description

In violation of Chapter 8, Sec. 138-1348 Chickens (a)(4) There is a rooster RIGHT OUTSIDE MY BEDROOM WINDOW that awakens me FREQUENTLY making my life hell! He was crowing this morning at 3:58-4:10 and again at 5:32-6:11 and of course various times throughout the day. Please help! Something must be done!
