I39 was dispatched via 311 complaint of construction without a permit. Upon arriving at address, I39 noticed a building under construction. I39 checked ILMS and noticed that the building had an active building permit with active inspections. I39 noticed numerous revisions in ILMS. As a result, the investigation is closed as project has active permits.
