From the second floor it does not appear the repair has been made. I will go down to verify and will post another comment regarding the status of completion or lack there of.

We have confirmed no repairs have been made. The damage and open area of the sidewalk remains with our cones placed on top of it to prevent injury.

As of 5/5/17 the repair has not been made. It's been a month. It's an immediate safety issue. The open area is on the City Sidewalk.

This repair is still not complete and it's been 4 months. Please get it taken care of.

The area has still not been repaired. We have placed orange cones over the area so no one harms themselves . This issue has been unresolved for 6 months. We were told it was a Comcast issue and they'd be out to make the necessary repairs. This is unacceptable.

Sorry the issue is still unresolved but it will take your Property Manager and/or owner to notify utility company in order for the issue to be resolved.

We were told by Javier of LCI who was on site for a separate inspection that Comcast was notified and would be addressing it. Additionally, we submitted this issue 6 months ago and your department is just telling us now we need to address it? We would have no idea what utility to contact as it's on the city portion of the sidewalk not the property's

If LCI (another city department) called Comcast about the repair and told you they had notified them, that's the utility company(Comcast) to follow up with and ask about resolving the issue.

It's our understanding they simply did it as a "courtesy" but it's not their area of responsibility. We reached out to Public Works 6 months ago prior to LCI being on site for a Section 8 inspection. Please assist with resolving this issue as it's a safety hazard on the City portion of the sidewalk. Several of our residents stated they will be contacting the Mayor's office with concerns.

Hi. We, and LCI have tried reaching out, but it is a Comcast/Frontier issue and "utility" box. It's not a city owned box so the property manager needs to reach out to them. "Fairbanks Apartments" are you the Property managers or do you know how to reach them?
