This is very dangerous. There is no enforcement of the no left turn at BP Market street exit and the first access to Ollies lot. In 5 years I have never seen this enforced.

Maybe Mentor has enough money that we no longer require fines collected. That location would be a money pot.

On more than one occasion, I have seen Mentor Police cars stop short going westbound to let someone through as they turn left into BP! Not only is there no enforcement - that is blatant encouragement!!
