Description
We have a large "dip" on the street directly in front of our driveway. The road appears to have sunken. There is a continuous lack of rain / snow melt drainage. I have to manually push the water towards the corner of our cul-de-sac so it finds a drain. In the winter, the water freezes and creates a hazard. When melted in the winter (or rains in the Summer) this creates an inconvenience. Thanks, Trevor

The problem is a low spot in the roadway which does not allow the water to drain properly. I forwarded a photo in the early Spring (attached) showing the pool of water not draining.
To my knowledge no one has been back out to assess this situation.
An update would be appreciated. Thanks.
