I have reported an eminent danger to our house. During the last storm a tree fell on the adjacent property (city hall property) and is currently being held up by another weak tree. I am seriously concerned about my property and the safety of my family. If something happens that compromises my house or family before this issue is addressed, please note that I have in writing a notification to you and request for resolution. I would appreciate an immediate response as to how this is going to being handled.

It has been more than 3 days since this was initially reported. What is the plan for removal of the tree?

Having just had multiple trees removed from our property to avoid property damage and possible injury, I agree this concern can be easily resolved by having the trees removed. Especially since this is on city property, I believe as a tax payer in Roswell, I would like to think our Mayor and City Council would have the authority to see this is addressed immediately.
