It's not of high importance, however my. Neighbors and I would like to see if when the next road grading is scheduled if the grader operator could try to cut the shoulders of the road down to help keep the road from flooding in heavy rains. The majority of the road (willow from moon to dead end) has shoulders that are much higher than the road crown. If the shoulders and/or crown of the road could be better graded this spring it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

We cannot push the berm into the ditch as this will cause blockages in the ditch likely worsening the issues. We also cannot pull the berm into the road as this will contaminate the road bed with dirt and other organic material causing it to deteriorate quicker. We will continue to monitor the road and provide maintenance as needed to provide a passable roadway until such upgrades are funded.
