U send me message closing the complaint of this guys light shining into my house is a joke I had to install something to help block light yet ur code 16.40.071 and 16.40.070 still does nothing but shine into my home if I leave my blinds open why not come y at duck so u can see this for your self My trees are still not tall enough to block out the lights there r two but u only see it at the day time not the evening
