Outstanding for over 200 days and what has been done? I guess we don't have the right to somewhat clean not diesel fuel polluted air to breath, to wake up to birds tweeting, instead of 16 or 18 wheel diesel trucks rumbling down the street all because a company doesn't choose to use its other 4 loading docks on another street, or to have several trucks waiting parked blocking the streets creating unsafe driving conditions.
