Description

Our neighbor, without our permission, used access to our lot to dump large logs behind their house making an unsightly pile of tree logs. They moved the logs using large equipment in the rain which rutted up our backyard. The equipment drove over our water lines and water meter and made a very large muddy mess in our lot. There may be damage to our water lines also but will not know until it dries up.
