It has been 2 months since I last reported this tree problem. I also reported this in the fall. Nothing as of today. Tree is a safety issue, not only does it 's limbs hang over my property it also hangs over bicycle path near Belmont school that is used by many people.

A work order was created for 19 Rice Street and given to the Tree Warden. We are extremely short staffed at this time but will get these comments to the Forestry Department

Tree continues to be a safety issue.limbs continue to fall in driveway. Just a matter of time before larger pieces fall off causing damage or injury.

It has been 2 months since receiving message saying that tree will be taking care of. This past week a number of large lambs fell off landing on bicycle path. Thankfully no one that I no of was hurt. The fact that fall is here and weather is changing this problem will only get worse. I cannot stress the fact that this is a serious safety issue. This tree needs to be removed asap.
