There is an oak tree overhanging Bay Street NE that is resting heavily on a powerline, which runs from one side of the street near the alley to a street light on the other. We are concerned that the weight of the tree will bring down the power line. The spot is directly over the street on Bay Street, just north of the intersection with 20th Avenue NE
