It would be nice to have a local dog beach for us to take our dogs, and for people to pick up after their dog too. Twice I have witnessed people there allowing their dog to poop at the waters edge on the beach and absolutely zero attempt to clean up afterwards. THAT is why we can't have these things.
The dogs aren't the safety issue at NorthShore - the water there is often more toxic than most places within TB. If you see someone not picking up their dog waste, say something.
Saying something these days can cost you your life. People are worse than ever. Better to report with as much detail as you possibly can to authorities and let them handle it.
Thank you for reporting this issue to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete. We have forwarded the details you have provided to the appropriate City department so that they may investigate and take any necessary action. We appreciate your help! Sincerely, Mayor's Action Center
