Description

Smashed-up Chevy SUV (license tag 051 WGL) is parked on the alley between Colborne and Duke north of St. Clair. It's in front of the garage for the address used. The truck hasn't budged for weeks/a couple of months and it does not appear anyone has tried to repair it. The truck has current tags but it's still an eyesore. I'd like to see it gone -- or at the very least a tarp put on it. But how long can a smashed vehicle stay there? Till its tags run out?
