yes I never reported it , but a german shepherd that was at this property was loose and went after my dog when I was walking passed the house, my husband had to pick our dog up to protect it and the owner had no control of the dog it kept circling and growling finally she managed to get the dog inside. I now totally avoid this street in my neighborhood, because I heard from two other neighbors that the dog went after them.

re open because issue continues to be a problem with the 2 women living on brandon terr. that own 2 dangerous sheppards. these animals can't be controlled or held by the women.
