There is a "repair" shop growing in this neighbor less than a year. The cars were bought some where from auctions or junk yards with many damaged in front, back or side door. These cars park in the residential street for months and waiting in line for "fixing" in the street and resale after that. It is really inconvenience to look for the parking at night with those cars have occupied.
