Description

During periods of heavy rain, the area next to my end unit at 639 Greencrest Lane becomes filled with water, completely submerging the pathway through that area. Please have this area fixed, as I am concerned about water seeping into my garage.

This situation is getting worse and it has been completely ignored. The water is now pooling under the transformer that sits outside my unit.

This issue remains and the area next to my house is a complete eyesore. The water continues to pool and there is no longer any grass. Anytime that it rains, the area turns to mud.

This issue is still being ignored and it is growing progressively worse. I know see major erosion on the corner of my house and it may be going under the foundation. It is imperative that this be addressed immediately!
