There is a condemned house, NE corner of Elm and Lexington. Noticed side door (by driveway) has been open last 2 Saturdays in a row. Called police last week, then door was closed, but saw it was open again today, 12/22. Needs boarded up immediately to prevent further unauthorized entry.
