ok - you are a guest to this forum as am I. I realize that from your screen name that you feel strongly about first amendment rights issues as do I. Are you an administrator for this website? I am concerned by your need to mark my issue as "resolved" when clearly it isn't. It's not as simple as crossing the street or ignoring them. They were making terroristic threats thru a microphone and via giant speakers! The giant speakers and the noise disturbance was actually more the complaint. They were calling out to others to take up arms and do physical harm to others. So if someone actually listened and attacked someone THEN it's a problem? Or does that still fall under freedom of speech? If they merely preached their beliefs without this assistance I would have been better able to ignore the words. Since you seem to be authority on free speech and see this issue as resolved - do you know if there is a city ordinance concerning portable stages and the equipment they have in their protest? Also, the intended purpose of this site is to report neighborhood disturbances. So in your opinion, what is it's intended use?
