Description

PG&E's contractor is replacing gas mains and gas service lines to homes in the Wellington, Townsend, Everett Streets area. In addition to their potholing and planned excavations, there are several places they have gouged the pavement and there are several "alligatored"areas indicating pavement failure that were NOT present prior to start of construction in late 2016 - I sure hope the City videoed the area before construction, and holds PG&E responsible for fixing this at the end of their project - Wellington was repaved a handful of years ago, very disappointing to see decent pavement (that we hadn't had for years) become deteriorated by the contractor so quickly.
