This is not a construction site issue. It is a sign put up by the city on the NW corner of the intersection, in front of Corner Grocery. After the most recent storm it blew over and was completely covering the curb cut. Someone put it back up again, but still has not moved it or cleaned up the pebbles. It continues to block the curb cut and is still excessively large for the location.
