We are monitoring the un-topped streets during construction and addressing pothole issues as they arise. We will schedule the street for repairs and a top lift of asphalt at such time the construction is complete and we have collected the fees for paving.

what does "addressing pothole issues" mean?.. there are still pot holes that have not been filled .....

The road is in poor condition. We will fill potholes as they develop, depending on the severity of the pothole. A pothole has to be deep enough to hold an asphalt patch. Our goal is to fill a pothole within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, depending on our ability to obtain asphalt from the plant. They are not always producing asphalt, or the right mix of asphalt, at the plant. The manhole covers are at finished grade elevation. It is the missing top lift of asphalt that makes them look raised. The Street Dept was notified of the condition and will make repairs as soon as they can.
