The residences located directly behind the strip mall and separated by a 6 foot wall continue to end up with lots of garbage in their yards that is being blown over the wall on windy days.
The rubbish containers are located in the south west back corner of the strip mall and the ground is covered with loose garbage and papers that continually get blown into our yards.
Just today at around 5:30 pm i watched several items blow up into the air and land in my yard.
A creek runs through our yards and empties into the clinton river and this trash eventually winds up in the creek.
I notified the township last year and they made the owner clean up the back lot. But that didnt last to long. A few months later the garbage was coming back over and blowing into the creek all winter long.
A permanent fix needs to be applied to this ongoing problem.
My back yard is covered in no less than 12 peices of garbage with even more laying along the edge of the water at this very moment.
